I started the D&I Friday Read in August 2014 as an internal email to a handful of colleagues – sharing what was happening in regards to Diversity and Inclusion outside Ericsson. Since then I have sent over 140 editions of my Friday read to a growing readership inside and outside Ericsson and will not only share my latest editions here, but also build an archive that can be used for further reference by anyone who is interested in this topic.
